The Achievement Center at RVCC is a certificate-based, post-secondary program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities interested in expanding their educational pursuits or gaining skills to enter the workforce. The Center is operated by the Arc of Somerset County in partnership with Raritan Valley Community College.

The Arts Annex houses several classes on campus, including Arts & Design courses focusing on such subjects as Theatre.
