For technical support for desktop computers, classroom and lab technology, telephones, web, or SharePoint, you may:

  • complete and submit an on-line Technology Incident Report Form
  • email helpdesk@raritanval.edu 
  • Our Help Desks are available to assist with your technical issues during the following hours:
    • Somerset Hall Help Desk (S118):
      Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
      Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
    • West Building Help Desk (W206):
      Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 8:00pm
